Anything under $4000.00 as under-compensation take home pay is associated with an age demographic of 18yo-25yo as general work experience in hand with high turnover rates. Ages 25-35 $4000.00 min W2, 1099, Contract take-home pay is associated with;

$1500.00 max. per room / bathroom incl. utilities – living with roommate or other form of collective payment 

$100 a week in groceries @ $500 a month until next paycheck

$100 a week in gas targeting 1.5h average commute roundtrip @ $500 “”

$300 for shampoo, deodorant, other hygienic necessities & health supplementation

$100 for phone bill monthly

$100 car insurance monthly

This excludes health insurance, obtaining reliable transportation, pre-existing conditions, vehicle breakdowns, sickness, family death, and entertainment of any kind if not taken from the maximum amounts notated above. Which in turn directly translates to a ‘net profit’ of $1000.00 a month for linear life progression. 

Meaning, in 10 years from ages 25-35 with a PERFECT MEDICAL RECORD ETC. yields a savings of $120k which is near impossible as is. If we negotiate and state $100k is average from a healthy & responsible American asset – this in turn translates to;

“If you work for me for 10 years you will have $100k for 20% down to bypass mortgage insurance to secure your own property in county of residence of secured commutable employment”

35yo onward would be lowering the initial budget of $1500.00 per through method above and progressing a career based off the results of formal employment of 10 years excluded other potential employer incentives of employee retention.

$4000 is ~30% less of what employers pay to justify taking an employee on payroll on W2. An employee on payroll, must yield a higher net profit based off tasks they are assigned in an 8 hour work period. Which is why 7 years is justifiable in consolidating skills to become a presentable asset for employers to base set standard operating procedures off of. Without proper notation, there is zero set standard to hold an individual accountable for their labor. So, formal agreements or “job descriptions” must be reworked with formal guidelines on what is accomplished in an 8 hour work period to ensure employment of an individual is not an expense, and the period of time taken for training isn’t an expense for the employee as well. Balance is extremely difficult and typically requires 3rd parties to intervene.
